Disable cash on delivery for countries other than Italy

I have buy Cash on delivery with fee but I want say if is possible deactivate this payment method (COD) for user out italy

You can activate / deactivate the payment module depending on user country by default

You can do it under "payment" preferences.

Depending on your prestashop version, please follow these steps:

prestashop 1.7

- go to payment > preferences

- scroll page to section "country restrictions"

- activate / deactivate "cash on delivery" module for selected countries

- in context of your request - enable it for "italy" only, and disable for other countries

- go to Modules > payment

- scroll page to section "country restrictions" 

- activate / deactivate "cash on delivery" module for selected countries

- in context of your request - enable it for "italy" only, and disable for other countries
